TEASHI take its meaning from the English and Chinese word for "Tea House(茶室)" .
TEASHI's mission is to share with you dim-sum, bubble tea, and other vibrant flavors found in Chinese street food.

Item #1, #5 - Pork Rice Bowl / Noodle Bowl (卤肉饭/炸酱面) : a classic deeply flavorful pork with rice or noodle. The meats and vegetables are cooked in a blend of aromatic spices, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, fresh tomatoes, celery, ginger, garlic, chilies, and green onion.
Item #2, #6 - Spicy Chicken Rice/Noodle Bowl (麻辣鸡饭/面) : spicy, numbing, tangy chicken on top of your choice of pillowy jasmine white rice or springy homemade noodle coated with flavor of chilies, Sichuan peppercorn, and many other aromatic spices.
Item #9 - Sour-spicy Soup Noodle w/ Beef (酸辣牛肉面) : a famous street food in Southwestern China. Home-made chewy noodles bathed in a rich, spicy, zingy, and umami broth topped with five-spice egg and sour mustard greens.
