TEASHI take its meaning from the English and Chinese word for "Tea House(茶室)" .
TEASHI's mission is to bring to life traditional Chinese flavors and tea beverages. Our main beverage menu offers a variety of bubble teas, iced teas, and hot teas. We offer traditional Chinese dishes, focusing on Hong-shao, Mala and Suan-la flavors, and Sweet-sour Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken.
Hong-shao (紅燒) - a type of classic braised stew that requires meats and vegetables to be slowly cooked in a mélange of aromatic spices, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, fresh tomatoes, celery, ginger, garlic, chilies, and green onion. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth kind of tender pork or beef stews that is deeply flavorful. We recommend trying our Hong-shao pork belly rice bowl, Hong-shao pork ribs noodle bowl, and/or Hong-shao beef noodle bowl.
Mala (麻辣) - a deliciously spicy, numbing, tangy, and taste-bud-waking sensation that blends the flavor of chilies, Sichuan peppercorn, and many aromatic spices. We recommend trying our Mala-tan, Mala spicy chicken rice bowl, Mala spicy pork ribs noodle bowl, and/or our meal deal featuring our Mala spicy chicken wings with your choice of a bubble tea.
Suan-la (酸辣) - tanginess and zing from rice vinegar, mild spice from our select blend of chilies, and umami from rich broth harmonized in bowls of soul-warming noodle soups. We recommend trying our Spicy-sour rice noodle soup with beef, pork ribs or tofu, which is a common street food in Southwestern China - silky, crunchy rice noodles bathed in a rich, spicy, sour, and umami broth topped with five-spice egg and sour mustard greens.
